Hotel originally built by Neil Friel. Later run by his brother Michael and Michael's wife, Catherine Friel née Dennison. Now run by the Walsh family, descendants of Winifred Harkin (née Dennison). the hotel has over the years provided employment, custom, comfort and refreshing beverages to many members of the Dennison family. Long may it continue.
